Tee
Both are done from inside the app, in a few taps. You never need to email anyone.
Tee gives you two separate controls, because they do different things. Read the table below before choosing.
| Delete all my data | Delete account | |
|---|---|---|
| Your rounds and scores | Deleted | Deleted |
| Your statistics | Deleted | Deleted |
| Your saved course library | Deleted | Deleted |
| Your club bag | Deleted | Deleted |
| Courses you mapped by hand | Kept | Deleted |
| Your display name and email | Kept | Deleted |
| Your login | Still works | Gone — you are signed out |
This cannot be undone.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period and no way for us to restore an account afterwards — we do not keep a copy. If you only want to stop using Tee for a while, simply sign out instead.
If you pinned the location of a green while playing, that pin stays on the shared course map. Greens are contributed to a common map so nobody has to map the same hole twice, and removing yours would break the distance readout for every other golfer at that course.
The pin is a coordinate attached to a golf hole. It carries no name, no account link and nothing that identifies you — after deletion there is no way to connect it back to you.
If you have lost access to your account and cannot reach the Settings screen, email ffuensalida@icloud.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account for you. We will confirm once it is done, normally within a few days.
